時給が800円だろうが3000円だろうが、スキルの重要性の前では誤差の範囲だと思う。僕は勉強になるバイトがあるなら、時給800円で4倍働く。それが本当の「おいしいバイト」だ。時間を無駄に消費して金にしかならない仕事が一番おいしくない。


よりスキルがつく仕事を求めてステップアップし続ける

「おいしい」バイトにはすごく優秀な連中が集まってくるので、彼らにもっと面白い仕事を紹介してもらえたりするものだ。そういう良いサイクルに持っていくのが大事だと思う。


早い段階ですごい人と付き合う事を意識する

僕の周りをみると、すごいなーと思う人の多くが、若いうちから付き合っている人のレベルが高い。僕も感じたが、やっぱり周りのレベルが高いと、そのカルチャーに染まって自分の視点が（ほとんど強引に）引き上げられるのだ。

逆に、「こうなりたい」という人が回りにいない仕事は一刻も早くやめるべきだと思う。まわりのレベルが低いと、いつの間にか自分もそのレベルになってしまうものだ。環境が与える影響はすごい。
